The Type-1 WWII Simplified model was manufactured during WWII with the focus on conserving supplies. The key differences between the original model and WWII model are the pocket flap and the front buttons, which were not present in the WWII version (1942-1946). In the WWII version, the left chest pocket does not have a flap, and there are only the four front buttons instead of five. However, both models still retains the cinch-back.

The black pleats has changed from fold-in to fold out, which is usually the original fold-in. Our brand decided to change the design slightly but still looks the same as original version.
